2. Product Description

ChatGPT Conversation Outline is a browser extension that generates a structured, navigable directory for ChatGPT conversations. The extension operates locally within the user's browser.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Product for personal or business purposes.

• License validity: 1 year from purchase date (unless otherwise stated).
• License may be limited to a specified number of devices.
• Within the active license period, re-activation is permitted when needed.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Product.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s checkout terms.

5. Digital Delivery

The Product is delivered electronically. License keys are sent via email after successful purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wisteria Software Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product.
